A question about the activities?

Please consult the “equipment” section for each activity. To get there, go to the activities page  and click on the image of the activity you’re insterested in.

How does the My Tignes card work?

To create your account, click on “My account” at the top right of the page. If you have received an activation email from your accomodation provider click on “Forgot your password?” to enter a password for the account just created for you by your host.


If your host hasn’t created your account yet, or if your host does not provide the My Tignes cards, click on “I don’t have an account”.


Once your account has been created, click on “activate my cards” to add all  the members of your family (full name and date of birth + the reference numbers of your My Tignes cards) and select your holiday dates.

You can load more credits on your card by clicking on the activities pages:

For the Tignespace activities, please dial +33(0) (for bookings), payment on site.

You can go to the Plage des sports or to the tourist offices to buy a new card support at the price of 5€. 

You can dial +33(0)4 79 40 29 92 to reach our hotline, or go to La Plage des sports, in both cases a member of our team will help you out.

You can send an email to  so we can delete your account.

You can cancel a booking 4 hours before it begins from the “consult my bookings” tab in your account.
